With nearly 20 docking stations and a large parking lot, guests from land or lake can pull up for a quick drink at the bar and enjoy a few appetizers from The Boat House’s 17 choices including shrimp, onion rings, fried okra, fried pickles and other fried options.

If you decide to stay a while, make sure to savor the loaded pizza and hot dogs and finish the meal off with a scoop or two of ice cream. You can also ask about their other local homemade desserts.

Don’t miss a chance to peruse The Boat House’s adjoining shop, which sells life jackets, floating mats, bathing suits and other goods to make your day at Lake Tillery an unforgettable adventure.

“Great place to enjoy live music and a cold beer,” one Google review said. “They carry all your fishing needs including gas. The pizza and food is great. They have hand-dipped ice cream. Amazing atmosphere. The owners are wonderful people and make sure it’s safe and child friendly. A must visit while on Lake Tillery!!”

“This little place is the reason why I prefer Tillery over Norman or Wiley,” another review raved. “The food is good. The vibes are good. The staff is excellent.”
